- What is Anastasia Romance?

- Where do I send and receive my emails?
From your mailbox on AnastasiaRomance.com.
- How does incoming e-mail work?
When an incoming email from a lady arrives in your mailbox, a notice is automatically sent to your personal email address. Go to your mailbox at Anastasia where you can see a list of all incoming mail. Each email will be accompanied by a lady's photo and basic profile information. You can then choose whether or not to open each message. You are not charged for messages you do not open.
- Can I send a photo with my message?
Yes. The system enables photo attachment.
- Are my emails translated for the recipient?
All emails you send are translated into Russian and all incoming emails are translated into English. There is no charge to you or the recipient for this complimentary service.
- What is the privacy policy concerning all sent and received messages?
The agency personnel who translate your messages will not know your identity at all, and in many cases will not know the identity of the recipient as well. Furthermore, the translator is always an industry professional accustomed to assisting in communications of the most intimate nature.
- Do I have to open all of my incoming e-mails on Anastasia Romance?
No, you are under no obligation to reply to every lady that writes to you on Anastasia, as they are very well aware of the fact that gentlemen using our service cannot reply to everyone.
- Can I get a Lady's Postal Address?
Yes, you are absolutely free to ask any lady for her street address in your e-mail message. So once you have a Lady's address, you can ask her for any information, including her contacts, via regular mail. Please keep in mind however, that ladies are under no obligation to share their addresses with Anastasia's clients.
- What is a credit?
A Credit is a standard unit of purchase on Anastasia Romance that enables you to read and write letters to the Russian Women registered at our website.
- Why do I need to purchase credits on Anastasia Romance.com?
In order to correspond with Anastasia's ladies and view their videos you must have credits. The registration at our site is free but payment is required for your correspondence. This means that every time you open a message from a lady or send a message, you pay one credit. We do not have a membership fee. E-mail credits are purchased which appear on your account.
- How do I purchase credits?
To purchase credits, click on the "Purchase Credits" section in the lower left-hand side of your account page. Fill out the order form. Select whether you would like to pay by Credit Card or PayPal. Then follow the instructions to purchase.
- What are your fees?
One Email Correspondence Credit is deducted from your account for every email sent or opened or to view any one lady's video.

- What credit cards does Anastasia Romance Accept?
Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover.
- Is it safe to pay by credit card?
Be assured that we use the highest rated secure connection. The billing information that you enter on our website is not saved as we use HTTPS servers. This is indicated on the page where you enter your billing information, in the address field in the browser window. Once you confirm a purchase, the address changes from http to https, which means the information you entered cannot be saved even with Cookies enabled .
- Can I pay by Western Union?
We are only able to accept payments for our services with credit cards, personal checks, PayPal and money orders in U.S. dollars. Western Union payments are not accepted at this time.
- How can I check my account balance?
Simply login and see your account balance on your Homepage. There you will be able to see how many credits you have, a link that will send you the page if you need to buy more, how many emails you've sent and received, and your email status.
- Can I get a refund on un-used credits?
No, please view our company policy.
- Who can I contact about billing?

- How do I view the information Russian Women can see about me?
Once you are logged in, go to my profile under account and there you will not only be able to view what Anastasia's ladies see, but you will also be able to edit your profile.
- Is it safe to post my pictures and basic information on my Profile?
Profiles are perfectly safe. Privacy/Safety features include:
- Your Last Name, Address, Etc. are NOT included in the listing.
- Only Registered Agencies can access Gentlemen's Listings. They are NOT available to the general public. This means that Russian Women will view the listings while they are physically in a registered agency's office. There is NO CHANCE that your listing will be seen by friends/neighbors/colleagues.
- Your email messages are located on our secure server.

- How do I edit my profile?
Click on my profile under account on the left hand side of your home page. Please note you must be logged in to make corrections to your homepage.
- How do I change my email address?
Once you are logged in go to your home page. On the left hand side under account you will see user info. Click user info. There you will be able to edit any personal information including your email address.
- I have met my soul mate on Anastasia Romance! How do I close my account?
